when you’re feeling down you start to think things like, “i should go jogging! jogging would make me feel great! yeah it’s decided, i’m gonna be a jogger!” like you really figured it out,
but then the second your mood picks back up you’re like, “pft i don’t need to jog, what am i, crazy? i’m fine. i have all this food to eat and all these chairs to sit in.”
